Lage Chalet
Our exclusive chalet is located just outside Kirchberg in Tyrol in ideal and immediate walking distance to the valley station of the 2019 newly built and ultra-modern Fleckalmbahn, which takes them just a few minutes high up in the Kitzbühel Alps.
Along with the Hahnenkamm lift, the Fleckalmbahn is the main feeder to the world-famous Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area, and in summer to one of the most beautiful mountain hiking areas in the world.
Ski boots on, skis on your shoulder and off you go! Those who don't want to come right away can simply join us later. And those who get tired earlier can always take their last valley run almost to the front door. Due to this ideal ski-in / ski-out location of the Kitz Boutique Chalet, everyone can follow their own rhythm on vacation and recover in the best possible way.
So you can confidently leave your car at the Kitz Boutique Chalet when the mountain calls! The great thing is that you don't need a parking space at the valley station, nor do you have to stand in a traffic jam when the ski day is over.
In summer, of course, the same applies. You can safely store your mountain bikes or e-bikes in our small hut and set off directly when you feel like it. The Fleckalmbahn takes you high up into the mountains at any time of the year, where you can fully immerse yourself in nature.
